OpenShift doesn't use Hot added CPU/Memory to the host
Issue
- The newly added resources CPU/Memory while the host and RHEL is still running without restarts are not visible by OpenShift;
- OpenShift doesn't automatically pick up the newly added resources;
- Adding memory to nodes without restarting.
