[AAA] How do I configure for a domain using the setup tool ?

Issue

• The AAA setup tool mandates using only the AD Forest for configuration and not any of the individual Domains. How do I configure for the domain?
• I do not have access to the AD Forest in my environment. How can I manually configure for the Domain I have access to ?
• Setup scripts for Active domain restrict users to verify for root AD forest and not a specific sub-domain
