Anaconda reboot timeout for 90 seconds after resize of LVM in Kickstart file.

Issue

At the end of our kickstart, when it is shutting down, it reports "a stop job is running for anaconda", and it has a countdown starting at 1min30seconds.
LVM2 Metadata Daemon is blocking reboot of anaconda following a resize of a thin provisioned volume.
