Ceph - creating lvm on top of rbd device is failing with "Device /dev/rbd0 excluded by a filter"
Issue
Trying to create lvm on top of mapped rbd is failing:
# rbd map testdell-r330
# pvcreate -f /dev/rbd0
Device /dev/rbd0 excluded by a filter.
