  • Connection to vnetd service fails and following errors are logged in /var/log/messages:

May 31 15:30:23 hostname1 xinetd[7673]: libwrap refused connection to vnetd (libwrap=vnetd) from XXX.XX.XXX.XX
May 31 15:30:23 hostname1 xinetd[7673]: FAIL: vnetd libwrap from=XXX.XX.XXX.XX
