Does Keycloak/RH-SSO provide some advanced search options for users in admin console ?
Issue
- When trying to search an user in Admin Console using part of the
username
, Keycloak checks/searches for strings matching all the fields i.e Username, firstname, lastname, email address and displays the list. There could be tones of users that might include part of thatusername
searched string and looking the exact user in that list would be very difficult. How can we set a filter to find only the exact username ? - If you accidentally enter a general string in the Users search (e.g. 'blabla' instead of 'blabla.name@example.com'), Keycloak will find and import every users containing 'blabla' in its
username
. If you just search for 'a' you would accidentally import thousands of users into the realm. How can we avoid this so that Keycloak to not import users by just searching for them ? Is it possible to specify if UserStorage providers should be searched or not ? - What possible options of Advanced Search does RH-SSO actually offer ?
