Does virt-who support licensing for LXC containers?

- Is it possible to use Red Hat Virtual Datacenter license to subscribe LXC conatainers running on RHEL hosts?
- Is it possible to user virt-who and/or another method to subscribe LXC container run on RHEL hosts?
