Can't configure audit logs at /var/log/origin/

Issue

• While configuring audit logs at location "/var/log/origin/openpaas-oscp-audit.log", it does not create the file nor it accepts the same if we create the file manually.
• This causes failure in controllers service all the time until we change the path to /var/lib/origin/openpaas-oscp-audit.log.
