Issue

In the document 'Programming in Apache Qpid', there is no documentation of Qpid Maps in Java (with regards to sending Qpid Maps from a Java publisher).
What are the data type mappings?
Also, the way the data type mappings are documented is a bit confusing. What not just have 4 tables:
```
C++    <--> AMQP
Java   <--> AMQP
Python <--> AMQP
C#     <--> AMQP
```
- With those tables, the user could derive the mapping to/from any of those 4 languages.
