Disabling MCMP commands on the mod_cluster-manager page

Issue

  • The mod_cluster-manager page provides ENABLE and DISABLE links that expose MCMP commands for controlling the state of application contexts. We want to be able to access the information from the manager page, but we want to disable these command links as we never want them used. How can we do that?
