Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

  • RHEL 6.4 produces a bunch of umount errors at shutdown
  • Just patched a machine to RHEL 6.4. On shutdown we get a bunch of errors about being unable to unmount local filesystems.

(In some cases useful info about processes that use
the device is found by lsof(8) or fuser(1))

Environment
