RHEL7.6: be2net NIC fails to function when lpfc module is loaded
Issue
- We have a physical HP blade running RHEL that is unable to get connected to the network. It has two interfaces that are bonded but none of them are working now. Our network team can see the MAC address on the switch, but it is unable to ping, arp, or see any traffic on any of its interfaces.

- Non-working kernel: 3.10.0-957.el7.x86_64
- Working kernel: 3.10.0-862.11.6.el7.x86_64
