'fcoeadm -i' command shows error - 'No action was taken'

Issue

  • We have configured FCoE as per the steps in storage administration guide, but the fcoeadm -i output shows following error:

    $ fcoeadm -i
fcoeadm: No action was taken
Try 'fcoeadm --help' for more information.

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7
  • Broadcom BCM57840 NetXtreme II 10 Gigabit Ethernet interface
