Issue

Certificates enrolled do not show an expected Subject Alternative Name component with name OtherName.
Creating a new profile using the pkiconsole, allowed to add a Subject Alternative Name extension policy with a OtherName option, but enrolling for a new certificate with this policy just ignores the OtherName, and the agent web service did not provide with the option of entering a value, while adding a Subject Alternative Name of type RFC822 worked fine.
