Does camel-salesforce support the replay of missed events, once reconnected?

Does the camel-salesforce component automatically take care of resubscribing to the Salesforce PushTopic channel and retrieves missed events, once reconnected? Or, does the subscriber needs to develop the code for doing this as mentioned in Salesforce documentation?
