qpid brokers are having connection timeouts when joining a clustered peer
Issue
We have 3node active-active qpid cluster. When kicking off a stopped broker, other already operating brokers start to log "connection timed out" errors and drop connections to clients.
As there is no network problem that time, what can cause the connection drops on running nodes?
