Red Hat 3scale APIcast returns a "metric_invalid" error

Issue

• Some of the API calls are returning a 401. When checked we could see that the Bearer token is valid. Then when APICAST logs were checked, we found <error code="metric_invalid">
• We are able to use 3 methods, but the last two are failing. When we investigate further we can see:
  <error code="metric_invalid">metric "GET <metric_name>" is invalid</error>
• I have about 25 running 3scale v2.1 environments in the same OCP 3.5.5.31 cluster. 24 of the 25 seem to be behaving well. The 1 problematic 3scale environment lists the following error in both apicast-prod and apicast-stage : [backend] response status: 404 body: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><error code="metric_invalid">metric "hits" is invalid</error>
