/usr/bin/at does not propagate variable passed using env
Issue
/usr/bin/at does not propagate TMPDIR variable passed using env
For example:
sh-3.2$ uname -a
Linux compass3 2.6.18-194.11.1.el5 #1 SMP Tue Jul 27 05:45:06 EDT 2010 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
sh-3.2$ env TMPDIR=/var/tmp at now
at> env
at> <EOT>
job 19 at 2010-08-30 09:44
