The configuration changed on an active guest domain doesn't take effect in certain case.
Issue

When the configuration is changed on an active guest domain, virt-manager reports the following message.
Some changes may require a guest reboot to take effect -
Then, the configuration doesn't take effect even if "shutdown -r" is run on the guest OS.
