OpenShift 'oc' unable to inspect or pull docker images from 'registry.redhat.io'

Issue

When trying to run oc cluster up command, the output is one of the following error messages:

  • Error inspecting image from registry.redhat.io/openshift3/ose-control-plane:v3.11:
