ScaleIO kernel drivers for RHEL 7.6

Issue

Users must update to ScaleIO 2.6.1.1 before upgrading to RHEL 7.6. This will affect any RHEL installation which relies on ScaleIO as backing storage including layered products such as Red Hat OpenStack Platform and Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform.
