Undercloud ironic-neutron-agent is dead if baremetal node was deleted

Issue

Proper ironic-neutron-agent is not deleted after running openstack baremetal node delete <NODE UUID> command to delete undercloud slave nodes. As a result, dead neutron agent appears in openstack network agent list and neutron agent-list outputs:
