Unable to launch RHEV UserPortal after pinning site to Windows taskbar
Issue
- The RHEV UserPortal has been pinned to the user's taskbar in Windows 7 like in the following screenshot:

- After doing so, Internet Explorer 9 no longer allows the user to continue to the page. Why?

Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization (RHEV) 3.0, 3.1
- Client: Windows 7 with Internet Explorer 9
