Unable to launch RHEV UserPortal after pinning site to Windows taskbar

Issue

  • The RHEV UserPortal has been pinned to the user's taskbar in Windows 7 like in the following screenshot:

  • After doing so, Internet Explorer 9 no longer allows the user to continue to the page. Why?
