Soft lockup when accessing USB3 debugfs "trbs" files

Issue

When access to usb3 debugfs "trbs" file happens, system experiences unstoppable soft lockups and potentially can become unusable.
For example, reading from files that can be described as
1) /sys/kernel/debug/usb/xhci/.../devices/.../epX/trbs
2) or /sys/kernel/debug/usb/xhci/.../trbs
3) or /sys/kernel/debug/usb/xhci/.../event-ring/trbs
could lead to the issue.

For instance:

cat /sys/kernel/debug/usb/xhci/0000\:00\:14.0/devices/01/ep00/trbs

or

cat /sys/kernel/debug/usb/xhci/0000\:00\:14.0/event-ring/trbs

can trigger a soft lockups.
