[RHV] Enable Unboundid LDAP SDK debugging within AAA LDAP extension
Issue
The information provided by the 'ovirt-engine-extensions-tool' in debug mode is not enough to troubleshoot the problems and we need to enable the debug mode in the Unboundid LDAP SDK library used by RHV AAA LDAP extension tool to access the directory servers.
