RHEL 3.1 Xen guest do not detect the SCSI devices, why?
Issue
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3.1 system running as a Xen guest on a RHEL 5.4 host.
- When adding a new storage with Target Device type as SCSI disk in virt-manager the RHEL 3.1 does not detect it.
- It only seems to detect Target Devices type IDE.

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.4 (Xen Host)
