Can I mass migrate VMs from one Storage Domain, Data Center, or Cluster to another in my RHEV environment?

Is there is a way to move/copy all current VMs from an existing Storage Domain, Data Center, or Cluster to another of the same type?

Is it possible to export VMs in 'bulk' without having to export each individual virtual machine?
