Boot Process Hangs At "Setting up Logical Volume Management" Or "Setting hostname" Steps.
Issue
Server starts to boot, but hangs at the "Setting up Logical Volume Management" or "Setting hostname" steps. The "Setting hostname" step is the one immediately prior to the "Setting up Logical Volume Management" step.
Environment
