After assigning a Smart Management subscription to a Content Host it still shows unsubscribed.

Issue

After refreshing the manifest because of expired subscriptions, the host subscriptions were updated via the GUI, but all content hosts still showed unsubscribed. The subscription added was Smart Management with Satellite.
