Problem with router haproxy - ROUTER_SUBDOMAIN environment variable doesn't change the default route

Issue

The router's deployment config is configured with variable ROUTER_SUBDOMAIN. However, the newly created routes don't have the subdomain from the router, but the default subdomain.
