After running an update with yum the application "Tenable SecurityCenter" no longer works

Issue

On a server running "Tenable SecurityCenter" after running yum update on the server, the web page for SecurityCenter will no longer load. See error below:

# service SecurityCenter status SecurityCenter (lightning-proxy Jobd.php) is running...
# service SecurityCenter restart 
Shutting down SecurityCenter services: httpd: Syntax error on line 54 of /opt/sc4/support/conf/httpd.conf: Cannot load /opt/sc4/support/modules/libphp5.so into server: /opt/sc4/support/modules/libphp5.so: cannot restore segment prot after reloc: Permission denied
