Sudden rebooting
Issue
- I have two problems.
1)Why was kernel dump created
2)Why was filesystem damaged.
- The following events occurred.
6 Aug 10:06 AM creating Kernel dump and starting reboot
10:09 AM end of reboot
10:17 AM starting oracle database
7 Aug 03:32 AM rebooting and displaying "Unexpected inconsistency; run fsck manually"
Environment
- OS：Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.4 x86_64
- Clusterware：Oracle ClusterWare 11.1.0.7 x86_64
- Database：Oracle Database 11.1.0.7 x86_64
- hardware：Fujitsu BX920
