Large (30 second) delay between print jobs in Red Hat Enterprise Linux
Issue
- We have an issue with delay in label printing from the application on two (label) printers. For some reason they are getting printed with huge delay when printing in batch.
- CUPS print performance is slow.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 5, 6, 7, 8
- Common Unix Printing System (CUPS) 1.3.7, 1.4.2, 1.6.3, 2.2.6
