Issue

On ext3 filesystem, user can allocate blocks over quota limit with mmap.
This problem is reported in ext3 community.

- Now, ext3 maintainers raise the priority of rebasing correction patch and are strugging.
  - This problem also occurs on ext2, but does not occur on ext4 and xfs.
  - This problem also occurs on latest vanilla kernel(2.6.35).
  - This problem also occurs on RHEL6 Snapshot10.
