- On ext3 filesystem, user can allocate blocks over quota limit with mmap.

This problem is reported in ext3 community.

Now, ext3 maintainers raise the priority of rebasing correction patch and are strugging.

This problem also occurs on ext2, but does not occur on ext4 and xfs.

This problem also occurs on latest vanilla kernel(2.6.35).
