For some of the system users like `adm`, `uucp`, `gopher`, no home directories exists.

Issue

  • There are some system user accounts for which no home directories exists.
  • According to CIS security Standards, for all specified accounts must have a valid home directory. Following users don't have one.
    • adm
    • uucp
    • gopher
    • ftp
    • saslauth
    • oprofile
  • Is there any way to set the home directory of above users to /dev/null ?
