Why do I see the message "sshd[1234]: session_input_channel_req: no session req" ?
Issue
- The file /var/log/secure has numerous entries like this:
sshd[1234]: session_input_channel_req: no session 3 req user@example.com
sshd[1234]: session_input_channel_req: no session 3 req user@example.com
last message repeated 2 times
