Why repquota shows different size as compared to du?

• repquota shows different size as compared to du

[root@servername]# repquota /xyz | awk 'NR == 3 || NR == 4|| /username/'

[root@servername]# du -sch /xyz
68157440     abc

• Space occupied by Quota enabled user does not get updated automatically.
