Show total CPU count, available and allocated cores on the RHV-Manager Dashboard

Issue

  • RHV-manager dashboard does not show CPU count, it shows percentage utilization.
Request is to have below reported on the dashboard. 

     - Total number of Host CPU's
     - How many of them are allocated
     - How many of them are free 

or at-least show as how the CFME dashboard shows: 

   - For example: 786 available of 804 cores.
