Issue

Various types of "Failed to decrypt" errors are reported in the engine logs at quite an excessive rate, e.g. approximately one per second:

2013-05-10 00:37:58,508 ERROR [org.ovirt.engine.core.engineencryptutils.EncryptionUtils] (QuartzScheduler_Worker-84) Failed to decrypt Data must not be longer than 128 bytes
2013-05-10 00:03:08,898 ERROR [org.ovirt.engine.core.engineencryptutils.EncryptionUtils] (QuartzScheduler_Worker-85) Failed to decrypt Message is larger than modulus
2013-05-10 00:15:52,904 ERROR [org.ovirt.engine.core.engineencryptutils.EncryptionUtils] (QuartzScheduler_Worker-63) Failed to decrypt java.lang.NullPointerException
2013-05-10 00:26:21,956 ERROR [org.ovirt.engine.core.engineencryptutils.EncryptionUtils] (QuartzScheduler_Worker-72) Failed to decrypt java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException
