JBoss EAP web management console won't load while domain host/slave controller is starting

Issue

• In EAP 7.1 domain environment, web management console (on domain/master controller) shows HTTP response 500 error while any host/slave controller is in booting up state.
• EAP web management console shows follow error message:

Unexpected HTTP response: 500

• We ca not access JBoss EAP web console. The user and password prompt appears, we can fill it and send, but it freezes on loading screen. We tried to restart the JBoss EAP, but the problem persists.
