RHN Satellite root filesystem is full, with most of the space used in /usr/share/rhn/search/indexes. Can we delete it ?
Issue
- I need some help determining what I can clean up in / on our RHN Satellite server. I've tracked it down to file in /usr/share/rhn/search/indexes/hwdevices but I don't know what can or cannot be removed.
- RHN Satellite root filesystem is full, with most of the space used in /usr/share/rhn/search/indexes.
- We are currently getting low on disk space for our satellite system and looked into what grew in file sizes, and noticed the jump was in /usr/share/rhn/search/indexes/hwdevice . Can we remove any of the files in this directory ?
Environment
- Red Hat Network Satellite 5.3.0 and later
