RAC cluster nodes became inaccessible via public facing interface in RHEL 5.5
Issue
- A 2 node RAC cluster became inaccessible via its public interface. Could not be accessed via ping, ssh, or application
- RAC interconnect remained up and no evictions were seen while cluster became inaccessible on the public network

- Oracle RAC
