Not setting correct values in ImageStream when using oreg_url at installation in OCP 3
Issue
The ImageStream in recently built OCP 3.11 cluster show registry.redhat.io although was used oreg_url with registry.access.redhat.com
Example of the ImageStream problem:
name: registry.redhat.io/redhat-openjdk-18/openjdk18-openshift:latest
