Unable to set "nfs_export_all_rw" boolean value for nfs using setsebool in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.4

While trying to set a boolean value for nfs using setsebool, following error is observed.
# setsebool -P nfs_export_all_rw on
libsemanage.dbase_llist_set: record not found in the database (No such file or directory)
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.4
- selinux-policy-3.7.19-195.el6 and higher.
