Convert mapped tags/classification from remote regions to global regions in CloudForms

Issue

• Unable to use AWS tags as RHV tags
• It seems impossible to have the exact same tags between cloud and infrastructure providers
• Can I migrate tags from a remote region in AWS to the global region for use in other providers?
• Expected instances do not appear in reports across all providers when using tags created from lower regions
