Improper mmap_sem rw_semaphore usage by cbsensor module leads to system hang

Issue

The loadavg values go high and the server goes partially or fully unresponsive. Lots of tasks in the uninterruptible sleep state (D) are observed. The oldest tasks are blocked trying to acquire mmap_sem, and the owner of the semaphore is unknown.
