Red Hat Customer Portal shows the systems registered with Insights but Red Hat Satellite web UI does not

Issue

  • Client systems registered with Insights via Red Hat Satellite do not appear on the Red Hat Satellite web UI >> Red Hat Insights >> Inventory and only appears on Red Hat Customer Portal.
  • Clients get automatically removed from the Red Hat Insights portal after adding more clients.
