How can I check if the repository is really published and the repomd.xml are available to download

Issue

When trying to upgrade clients, we get 404 error, repomd.xml not found.

# yum repolist
...
Setting up Install Process
https://satellite.example.com/pulp/repos/ACME/Library/content/dist/rhel/server/7/7.6/x86_64/os/repodata/repomd.xml: [Errno 14] PYCURL ERROR 22 - "The requested URL returned error: 404 Not Found"
