RHDS - Configuration Data are not stored in the Configuration Directory Server during a Silent Installation.
Issue
Customer is doing a silent installation.
The ConfigDirectoryLdapURL directive is correctly set and the specified Configuration Directory Server is up and running.
Nevertheless the configuration data are getting created in the new Directory Server instance.
