[RHEL7]How to backup/restore files/directories with ACL, capability and SELinux context.

Issue

• After a backup followed by a subsequent restore operation using Relax-and-Recover or tar commands, the ping command can't be executed by a normal user. The restored ping command is missing a capability.
• After a backup followed by a subsequent restore operation using Relax-and-Recover, tar, etc, some files or directories have a different SELinux context. How can I prevent that from occurring?
